Delivered on a per terminal basis, and developed over an acceptable time frame, it has been our experience that the corporate culture functions better when technology itself is no longer a bottleneck holding people back from being productive.

Therefore, because a properly functioning work environment is of critical importance, we propose that preventative, regular scheduled maintenance be performed at such time so as not to interfere with day to day activities. Obviously problems that arise would come to the forefront of any current work.

The end result of what we have agreed to work on together is to bring the existing infrastructure up to an industry acceptable standard, and be able to maintain that, while at the same time, developing long term goals and targets that are beneficial for the company.

Any work that falls outside of a regular planned maintenance program, (such as additions, re-wiring, etc) would be done at an hourly rate (or negotiated separately) prior to commencing work.

Individual component hardware is supplied at preferred rates. System purchases can be obtained, with an option for various software and hardware options. Compuzed Computers is please to be able to offer extended warranties on all pre-built systems, for a period of up to 3 years, depending on the options purchased. By the way, C.A.R.E. stands for Check And Re-Check Everything... that's just the way we work.

With our maintenance contracts we will carry out any work on site if required in your office or home and will give your system a thorough tune up at regular intervals.
